How we can help
Your hormones shift across a lifetime. Your care should keep up.
Well-woman exams, contraception & IUDs, abnormal bleeding evaluation, colposcopy, office hysteroscopy, minor procedures, and pessary care — full-scope gynecology, in-office.
Sleep, mood, cycles, brain fog, hot flashes — we name the felt experience, anchor it in physiology, and build a plan.
Individualized, evidence-based hormone therapy — including bioidentical options — with lab-guided follow-up.

Aesthetics · Intimate wellness
Intimate wellness deserves the same clinical rigor as everything else we do. These treatments pair device-based care with hormone medicine — chosen for you at a consult, never off a menu.
Radiofrequency intimate wellness. Gentle, controlled heat stimulates circulation and collagen in vaginal and vulvar tissue — a quick, no-downtime option for laxity and dryness concerns.
Fractional CO₂ laser therapy for vaginal tissue quality, comfort, and moisture — often paired with local hormone care for genitourinary symptoms of menopause.
Electrical muscle stimulation for the deep core — the muscle groups that support posture and the pelvic floor. A supplement to your own training, not a substitute for it.
Smooth, low-maintenance skin — laser hair removal and treatment of visible spider veins, performed in a medical setting by clinicians who know skin and vasculature.
Individualized, lab-guided hormone optimization using the same molecules your body has always made — often the foundation underneath every other result on this list.
For select patients, peptide options that support desire and sexual wellness. Compounded peptides are prepared under pharmacy compounding frameworks rather than FDA-approved as finished products — one reason they belong in a physician-supervised plan.
Candidacy for device-based and peptide treatments is determined at a consultation. Individual results are not guaranteed and may vary from person to person.
